How OTE handles the information you give us.
OTE (Opportunities Through English) is an independent international initiative. The data controller is David de Jager, trading as Opportunities Through English. OTE operates as a sole trader and is not a limited company.

If you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, your email address, your organisation if you give one, the enquiry type you select and the message you write. We do not collect anything else through the enquiry form.
So that we can reply to you. That is the only purpose of the enquiry form. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to anything, and we do not pass your details to another organisation without asking you first.
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless it is necessary to retain it longer for legal, contractual or legitimate business reasons. Newsletter subscription details are retained until you unsubscribe. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
This website uses cookies and similar technologies required for essential functions, security, forms and newsletter subscriptions. Third-party services, including Google reCAPTCHA and EmailOctopus, may also use cookies when their features are accessed.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies unless they are clearly explained and any required consent has been obtained. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.
